The Cabins at Fort Wilderness opened in 2024, making it one of the newest DVC properties. The cabins are standalone units set within Fort Wilderness campground, actual cabin-style accommodations with kitchens, outdoor decks, and a completely different feel from the hotel-style villas at other resorts. Fort Wilderness has its own marina, pools, nature trails, horseback riding, and a nightly campfire with Chip 'n Dale. Access to the parks is by boat (to Magic Kingdom) or Disney bus. Buyers choose CFW for the unique camping-adjacent experience, larger private spaces, and a getaway feel within Walt Disney World.
