DVC Pixie Dust is an independent market intelligence tool that aggregates DVC (Disney Vacation Club) resale listings from publicly available broker websites, normalises the data into comparable metrics, and presents that analysis to help consumers evaluate resale contracts.

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Vacation Development, Inc., or any DVC resale broker. “DVC” and “Disney Vacation Club” are registered trademarks of The Walt Disney Company.

2. Not Financial or Legal Advice

All pricing metrics (deal scores, lifetime cost estimates) are estimates only based on publicly listed asking prices, historical dues, and standardised fee assumptions. They are provided for informational and comparative purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

DVC ownership involves significant financial commitment. You should conduct your own due diligence, consult a qualified financial or legal professional, and verify all figures directly with the selling broker before entering into any contract. We are not liable for any purchase decisions made based on information presented on this Site.

3. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC Required)

DVC Pixie Dust participates in affiliate programs with DVC resale brokers. When you click a “View Listing” or similar link on this Site and subsequently make a purchase or inquiry, we may receive a referral commission from the broker at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not directly influence which listings are displayed. Listings are programmatically sorted using standardized metrics. However, we may prioritize integrations with brokers that provide reliable data access or partnership arrangements.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save price alerts. Accounts are managed through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Site to build a competing service that aggregates the same data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or circumvent any security or access controls.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Data Accuracy

Listing data is scraped from third-party broker websites and updated approximately every 30 minutes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. Prices, availability, and terms may have changed since the last scrape. Always verify current details directly with the broker before making any decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's code, design, original written content, scoring methodology, and brand assets are owned by DVC Pixie Dust and protected by copyright. Individual listing data originates from the respective brokers and is presented here under fair use for informational and comparative purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DVC PIXIE DUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Only limited factual data necessary for comparison (such as price, points, use year, and availability indicators) is displayed. Users must rely on the original broker listing as the authoritative source of truth.

14. Broker Requests and Corrections
