▶How room types and views are grouped
Studio includes: Deluxe Studio (most resorts), Duo Studio (Polynesian, Disneyland Hotel), Tower Studio (Riviera), Resort Studio (Grand Floridian), and Deluxe Inn Room (Vero Beach).
One and Two Bedroom include Tower variants at Polynesian.
Two Bedroom Villa includes Copper Creek's Two Bedroom Cabin.
Special / Unique Rooms includes: Fort Wilderness Cabin, Copper Creek Two Bedroom Cabin, Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villa, Vero Beach Beach Cottage, Polynesian Bungalow, and Polynesian Penthouse Villa. These rooms are one-of-a-kind or limited-inventory units with point costs that are not directly comparable to standard villas.
Excluded: Aulani Hotel Room (non-villa unit).
Standard / Base View includes: Standard View, Value tier (Animal Kingdom), Garden View (Vero Beach), and Garden Room (Disneyland Hotel).
Premium / Preferred View includes: Preferred View, Boardwalk View, Magic Kingdom View, Lake View, Theme Park View, Ocean View, Savannah View (Animal Kingdom), Island Gardens View, Poolside Gardens View, and Premium View.
When a resort has multiple views within the same tier for a given period, the lowest point cost for that tier is shown.
Excluded: Kilimanjaro Club Concierge (Animal Kingdom ultra-premium tier).
Each cell shows the total points for a 7-night stay checking in on that date, calculated night-by-night from the official DVC points chart.
