Beach Club Villas is one of the most coveted DVC resorts in the system, primarily because it's the only DVC property with direct access to Stormalong Bay, a three-acre pool complex with a 230-foot waterslide carved out of a shipwreck. It's also a short walk to Epcot's International Gateway and a 10-minute walk or boat ride from Hollywood Studios. The resort has a smaller number of units than most, which means standard studios disappear from availability quickly at 7 months. Buyers choose BCV for the pool, the walkability to Epcot, and the New England coastal setting. Expect to pay a premium.
