Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows was dramatically expanded in 2024 with the opening of the Polynesian Tower, a new DVC-only building that added hundreds of additional units including Duo Studios and Tower Bungalows. The classic Longhouse units have been DVC since 2015. All of it sits on the Magic Kingdom monorail line, making it one of the most convenient locations in the resort. The South Seas theming is beloved, the pool area is exceptional, and the resort is home to Trader Sam's Grog Grotto, one of the most popular bars on property. Buyers choose PVB for the monorail access, the theming, the Magic Kingdom proximity, and the Tower's newer modern units.
