BoardWalk Villas sits on the crescent boardwalk between Epcot's International Gateway and Hollywood Studios; you can walk to both parks in under 15 minutes. The resort is an entertainment district unto itself: restaurants, an ESPN Club, live music venues, a bakery, and a dueling piano bar are steps from your villa door. The main pool features a classic carnival theme with a clown-face waterslide. BoardWalk is older than most DVC resorts, which keeps resale prices modest relative to its location. Buyers choose BWV for the unbeatable Epcot-Hollywood Studios proximity and the lively atmosphere right outside the door.
